Our trademark technology C-Fiber™ combines wood pulp and seaweed powder from SeaCell™ to create problem-solving science you can wear.
Our C-Fiber™ technology turns naturally regenerative resources into a water-saving, bio-based fabric with an ultra-soft, silky feel.
Both seaweed and eucalyptus use renewable energy in their production processes, and neither raw material requires additional fresh water to grow—resulting in an efficient, lower impact material system.
Organic cotton is cotton that’s kinder. Grown using natural and renewable plant fibers, it contains no synthetic pesticides, fertilizers, genetically modified organisms, antibiotics or growth hormones.
Organic cotton is softer than regular cotton because of the longer, hand-picked fibers. This means, throughout the production process, the fibers don’t break or weaken—resulting in a softer, more durable finish.
As there is no use of pesticides or other harmful chemicals, organic cotton products are safer for the skin—products manufactured with conventional cotton can cause allergic reactions.
Avoiding the use of hazardous synthetic pesticides also means farmers aren’t putting their health at risk. Instead they are able to build, and benefit from, healthy soils that store carbon and help to combat climate change.
We are currently exploring a range of materials to better protect your products and the planet—from the compostable TIPA® bags you know and love, to recycled plastic bags and reusable cotton garment bags.
We are always searching for the best packaging solutions, valuing progress over perfection. Our current experimentation is by no means perfect, but we look forward to sharing exciting updates in the near future.
