The Reclaimed Capsule

Circular by design, kind by nature—the Reclaimed capsule collection was created using offcuts of fabrics from the production process. What was once waste is transformed into signature PANGAIA shapes and a palette of unique colors.
This progressive recycling process reimagines pre-consumer waste, blending it with virgin fibers to give textiles a new lease of life. Not only does this reduce the amount of water, energy and chemicals required to produce each piece, but it also means less materials go to landfill.
How it works
- The offcuts are sorted by color and pressed into bales.
- The bales are cut into smaller pieces to soften the material.
- The material is then ground into smaller recycled fibers.
- The recycled fibers are blended with virgin fibers, creating unique colors.
- The combination of fibers is spun by an open-end spinning machine.
- The newly created fabric is ready to be transformed into PANGAIA pieces.
