Throughout 2025, PANGAIA Lab bridged the gap between material science and functional design.
In 2025, we debuted PLNT Nylon, a breakthrough capsule demonstrating how renewable alternatives to fossil-fuel synthetics can deliver uncompromising, high-performance pieces.
AeoniQ™ is engineered for closed-loop circularity. The fiber is designed to be fully recyclable and biodegradable, without releasing microplastic pollution into our waterways.
PANGAIA was the first brand globally to commercialize regen™ BIO Max elastane — a next-generation fiber with an independently verified 27% lower carbon footprint and 82% lower ozone depletion than conventional spandex*.

At PANGAIA, we continuously measure material use by the weight of the fibers we purchase. This helps us maintain clear visibility over our progress, ensuring we continuously move away from conventional inputs and toward lower-impact alternatives.
In 2025, we accelerated our transition toward biocompatible, certified organic, regenerative and circular inputs, building on the material strategy and framework we established in 2022.
In 2026, we are deepening our investments in regenerative agriculture, advancing material traceability and actively moving away from fossil-fuel-based inputs, even recycled ones.
In 2025, we achieved a 60% year-on-year reduction in total market-based emissions.
This drop came from making intentional choices: streamlining our core collection, making the most of our existing material reserves and being more mindful about new raw material production.
By focusing on what we already had, we significantly reduced upstream impact.
A future in balance with nature must also work for the people who make it possible.
We safeguard human rights and prioritize worker welfare at every turn, ensuring fair, dignified and respectful conditions for everyone who helps bring our products to life.

We remain a proud, Code of Ethics accredited Living Wage Employer, a commitment first established with the UK Living Wage Foundation in 2022.
Our Code of Ethics guides our everyday decisions, grounding our work in integrity, inclusivity, and scientific responsibility.
Throughout 2025, we focused our efforts on two areas: protecting biodiversity and supporting essential humanitarian relief.
We donated 581 products to our longstanding partner, In Kind Direct, a UK charity working to ensure everyone has access to life’s essentials while preventing usable goods from going to waste.
In celebration of Earth Day 2025, we partnered with CQ Studio on Breaking Ground, a free program bringing together regenerative materials, traditional craft and circular design.
Through Bee:wild, we continue to drive support for rewilding, regenerative agriculture, pesticide reduction and habitat restoration.
As we look ahead, we see collaboration across the industry as one of the most powerful ways to turn individual progress into collective impact — from industry engagement to B2B, our partners help us bring better materials, ideas and practices into new spaces.
We are deeply grateful to the businesses and partners who stand alongside us and challenge us to keep learning.
Together, we hope to nurture an industry where collaboration accelerates change, progress is shared openly, and a more positive future feels increasingly within reach.
