Competition & Promotions Terms and Conditions

PANGAIA x OKU ANDALUSIA COMPETITION

1.     The competition period starts on 27th of August 2026 and ends on 30th of September 2026..

2.     Eligibility: The competition is open to residents of Austria, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Czechia, Norway, Sweden, Lithuania, Slovakia, Liechtenstein and Switzerland who are aged 18 or over. Participation is limited to residents of these countries due to local competition laws and regulations. 

3.    How to enter: Every eligible order containing bio-based activewear placed during the competition period will automatically qualify for the prize draw.

4.    Multiple entries are permitted. Each eligible order will count as one entry. If an order is later fully refunded, the entry associated with that order will no longer be eligible for the prize draw.

5.     The prize includes: a 3-night stay for 2 adults in a Classic Room at OKU Andalusia, including breakfast, plus a limited-edition PANGAIA set. 

6.     The OKU Andalusia stay can be redeemed at any time until November 2027, subject to availability, and excluding July and August. Flights, transfers and any other travel expenses are not included in the prize. 

7.     The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

8.     Winner: One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period. The winner will be announced on 9th of October 2026 and contacted using the details provided with their order.

9.     If the selected winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within a reasonable period, PANGAIA reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

10.    We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this Promotion and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion.

11.   All references in these Terms & Conditions to “PANGAIA”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to PANGAIA Materials Science Limited (registered in England under company registration number 12213319).
