PANGAIA: COMPLIMENTARY CARDHOLDER PROMOTION

     

    1. Customers who purchase on  www.pangaia.com during the Promotion Period will receive one complimentary cardholder (the “Gift”), subject to these Terms & Conditions.
    2. One complimentary cardholder will be automatically added at checkout per eligible order.
    3. The Promotion is available for a limited time only and while stocks last.
    4. The color of the Gift will be selected at random and cannot be chosen by the customer.
    5. The Promotion is valid online only at www.pangaia.com
    6. Gift Tiers: The Gift applies during the Promotion Period and is tiered based on the total spend in a single transaction. Only orders meeting the applicable minimum spend threshold will qualify for the Gift.

    2. Returns: If an order qualifying for the Promotion is partially or fully returned, and the remaining order no longer qualifies for the Promotion, the Gift must also be returned. Otherwise, the retail value of the Gift as displayed on the website may be deducted from the refund. Our standard Returns Policy applies.

    PANGAIA: END OF SEASON SALE

      

    1.     The promotion period starts on 9th of June 2026 and ends on 28th of July 2026.

    2.     Discounts are applied directly to eligible products and reflected in the displayed sale price. Sale prices are available while stocks last and cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases.

    3.     The promotion applies only to selected styles and colors. Certain products may be excluded from the sale at PANGAIA’s discretion. Product availability is subject to stock levels, and we cannot guarantee the availability of any specific item, size or colour throughout the promotional period.

    4.     Orders placed during the End of Season Sale remain subject to our standard Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

    5.     Shipping and taxes are not part of the sale. Gift cards are not part of the sale.

    6.     This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional offers.
